It has become abundantly clear that the place I work for is not a good place to be.
It's never been a good place but I have been dealing with it; lately however its gotten worse and I am tired of it.
So I will be working on my resume and looking for something else.
Also; I am still getting tons of spam so I did some upgrading and editing of some of the htaccess file.
Time will tell.
