ok so i could not wait and got the drives and did the install ... It was computer geek night at Bill's !!
I helped him with installing a new processor in his workstation, migrate then old proc into moms workstation and I get moms proc and a Celly.

My hardware install went great and i am really happy with the results of the case, both in looks and in the cooling; it's Much cooler..10c cooler !

the OS was troublesome. I wanted to do something that made sense to me and is a normal thing to do in Windows but seems not to be in Ubuntu - run the OS from a RAID0 - It is (after being up until 4:30am) installed and running just fine now.

Thia also marks me and Scott's first fight..well..disagreement. Our first and it's biased on computers...I find that refreshing actually.

ermmm...i had him take me shopping because i have bad fashion taste. We did not really find anything at the mall, but i did decide to buy a new computer case. Mine is ok, its a good case but nothing great - it's actually a cheapy. I also have an issue with cat and dog fur <__< getting in the damn heatsinks and the fact that the case just is not layed out well for a hot running Mobo. Soooo...

My thoughts of late have been drifting in and out of thinking about the impending but as yet un-finalized visit from my Mate. I wish it could be for longer than it is but I don't have the necessary vacation time

After my Mate's visit it's time to seriously look for a Lair of my own.
It is both something I want and yet something I don't. It means laying some roots, so to speak, as i'll be here in this location; one I don't really feel 'at home'; for a few years. I know it will be a few years before my mate would be ready to think about a more permanent or closer relationship; thats ok because he is worth the wait.

I did not accomplish a whole lot but hats not what marked it as a good day
I woke up about the same time as my Mate and although there was distance involved, we worked on computer stuff together

Brought Puppy down to see Nemmie and Savanni for the weekend. We had a little fun *^_^*
Then went to a local fur meet/party thing. There were about 15 or so furs there. We also saw Batman, awesome movie!
I was still fighting this summer flu thing so i did not take an active role in the happy fun times ^_^ but it was enjoyable.

Well my bloodwork dosent show elevated indicators so i'm on some anti-biotics and we will see...

Mostly its the fatigue thats bothersome.

Dragon did tear up a few times in the ceremony - kept thinking of setting there with my Mates hand in mine as we watched.

The reception was ... -_- Oh god no, cammo was actually part of the bridegrooms party's dress wear ... So, i did not fit in...did not know anyone there and i don't care for country music. The funniest thing to happen was drunk chick hitting on me. We were outside and i was standing away from the crowd of drunkenness. I was sending someone a YIM message on my phone when she asked what i was doing. I fibbed a bit and said i was sending a message to my Boyfriend ... *giggles* She took off like a scared rabbit. (*^_^*)
...I kinda wish i could have dragged Puppy with me, so i'd have someone with me to giggle and point and scare people.

OK so the Waterpark at HolidayWorld is fun!
The big water thrill rides i enjoyed (though scared)
I rode the 2 smaller roller coasters there - scared the shit out of me but i managed to get through it alright. Gripping the holding bar with the grip of death and panting all the way, I managed not to scream like a little girl.

I looked at the BIG coaster...looked again..looked..and decided ... No fucking way (^_^)

We had fun at the cabin, relaxing and drinking *hic* . The Meals Puppy fixed were great, although i seem to have forgotten a few things -_- Been distracted by work and stuff so my planning on the trip was not to the standards I usually operate at.

On the way back we stopped at a top level Sushi place and i ate raw Fssshh. I have had some Sushi before but this stuff was actually good !

Then we stopped off at the mall and Puppy helps dragon buy some cloths (I have Zero fashion sense) and...we stopped by the gaming store and...They still had one Wii left - (^_^) Dragon pounced on it!

Love, I wish you were there with me - I thought of you while walking around in the sun (Yay! Dragon sunburnt !!) wishing your hand was in mine.

Me and Puppy have been planning a furmeet. Rented a cabin at HolidayWorld and are spending 2 days at the park. Our total numbers was 8 going, it has now dropped to 3 -_-

Well...At least im still getting out of the lair for some fun.
