I was really hoping that the water damage to the front of the house was going to be limited to just the door frame..but nooo...
...
Well, the dining area is now apart, floor tore out; sub floor needing a few repairs and new floor put back in before i can rebuild the threshold and have a new door put in...Progress thus far.
