Works great right out of the box with Ubuntu...and it's shiny too!

Got a little work done on the house ... Temperatures outside are Great but the wind is bad...can't do much.

Local fur got his driving license - Congts little fox! ^_^ now he can drive us around from time to time, instead of only me.

Took the P3 testbed off line to replace it with a 500mhz Celleron ... wow, what a pain...i was up until 3am and did not get the thing to work correctly until now ... installing a gui on it atm...Linux was not liking its PCI bus.

Sooo..i am a bit behind on what i wanted to get done computer wise this weekend

..All this is BullShit based on the service department loosing money...we aren't...the last bossguy got himself fired on principle and the just under bossguy up and quit because of the numbers game they are playing.

we have an internal leasing company owned by a small few members of the companies upper management and they are taking a chunk of the profits and re-directing them to...themselves...for the privilege of using the internal lease company and also tacking on a fee if you use the external leasing company...

me and Puppy tend to wind up at the local Chinese buffet on Fridays after our workout at the Y. So much so that the waitress knows our order; well tonight she came over and asked ... if we were father and son ... then my fortune cookie said something about wrinkles ... ;_;

lets see .. Work has been like...BUSY! ... wonderboy had to take off another week for some reason ... i swear he is like a part time employee...

Work at home has been consisting of moving wood, chopping wood, burning wood, moving piles of other yard waste and dirt .. hard work.

I have been going to the Y with GoldiePup 3 days a week and working out pretty hard.

I also have been taking a health beneficial drink from Monavie and also sighed up as a distributor.

I also got STEAM to work in Linux so i can talk to meh Foxx ^_^

Well, the entire work week was totally fucked up...the stress of this place is really trying my wits...I put in and application at an IKON but it looks like the job opening is for further south into Kentucky and i would rather move more towards Qat and Ty...I'll have to check the websites for that area

Goldie has been staying at my place while his is still out of power.
the heater was acting up again...it was decided to replace it...i have to put down 2100 and mom and Bill took up the rest.

I still need this crown replaced, that will be expensive...deeper into debt i go. -_-

It's nice to have Goldie around...but...i'm really want more. It's nice to have a friend but it only makes me long to fill a void...
We were in the mall today, i saw the fox plushies and wished it was Conner with me going mall walking and then to the movies. To Hold your hand or sneak a kiss, so affection...*sigh*

Power went out Tuesday and remained out until Sunday night.
The lack of power really did not bother me too much, i relied in my camping skills and we managed to snag a kerosene heater. I had hot food i cooked outside or over my camp stove and a warm bed.
I got pretty lonely though.
People are still without power, entire towns are still without power...

a lot of the trees in my yard suffered a lot of damage...my peach tree did not make it -_-

the company i work for is absolutely headed right in the shit can.

We have been told the company owner doesn't care bout the branch offices.
Our new director of service is going to be firing technicians based on their response times even though the bonus program is based on first call effectiveness. You can't have both, i have a VERY high first call rate but not that great response time.

He is going to cause (in the opinion of every sales person in the office) the loss of our biggest customer and a world wide business; and piss off our second largest customer.

Every single sales person in our office is applying for jobs elsewhere.

he has cut off all career paths for us, its all now handled by phone and remote desktop from the main office.

This is fucking bull shit

Oh, lets see...out of the 3 service techs, i was the only one at work all week...so..yeah work was totally fucked up...

Theeenn the heater broke again so i spend Friday night outside fixen it...seems the the reason for the unit to be blowing the heat strip relay was the circuit breaker (hopefully *crosses talons*)...when he put in the 50amp contactor instead; it blew the circuit breaker apart. The breaker was older than dirt, so i replaced the entire breaker box.

Theeen we took apart Joe's motor 'cause all the coolant wound up in the oil...fun...it's still apart - we found the cause. The timing chain blew a hole in the timing cover into the water pump...

Theeeen Golide's laptop needed Vi$ta put back on it...it was not playing nice...

Back to work today and i am still Just as busy -_-

The good thing is, i had a really nice time with Goldie *^^*

Annnnd...Foxxy got the plushie i sent him (*^_^*) Yay! he likes it. Even took it with him to the diner

it started with me at home waiting on the heater repair guy....again...he replaced the same part...again...only with one rated at a higher amp rating so perhaps it will not burn out the damn thing...then it was time to get the day started...via a visit from puppy. So he was my first service call (*^^*)

Then the crap of work happened ... god i am starting to hate that place...

Things got better 'cause after work i got to um...talk...to Connor Fox *^^* .. and then we just talked to a while and also just had skype open while we did things.

in the future we will settle on an online game to play together ... looking at Call of Duty 4 .... I'll suck at it, but thats not the point.

My relationship with Connor Fox is growing - but we have both been un-mated for to short a time and know this...So we will give it a few months.

He is really sweet, into a lot of the same..mmm...kinks i am. Fits that attraction to the younger men i have only he is attracted to the older men - Yay for me!

Mebe it will go somewhere, mebe it will not...i am torn ... future up near Qat and TY? Future with Foxxy? Future alone? and what of my dear friend Scott, my feelings for him did not just vanish...

An interesting thought, sounds fun - more so if i knew these people. Thats not entirely true as i am here with Qat and Ty. (^_^). I have been here since Wed night, i really love these guys and am happy that they now live only 4 hours away. I am sure that i will spend time up here with them on a regular basis. `i may yet find what that which is missing from my life.

i am typing this on a mac mini - i don't like its keyboard at all...oh my
Qat is next to me typing on my laptop and being creative, Ty is on the other side strumming lightly on his guitar. It makes me blurry eyed (:^_^;).

Soon the time will come for me to find a lair of my own - as is before, i still wish i had the financial where with all to afford to make the move to live closer still to them but four hours are infinitely better than a thousand miles away.

i ran out of ideas already...oh noes!

i am a watcher it seems, watching others from a distance. Both content in what i learn from observation and yet longing to be in the mix of the things they are experiencing. As i set here my eyes drift to the others and i watch them do their things, I listen to the conversations of the ones speaking. Grabbing bits and pieces of what they are talking about and wondering what kind of people they are. Would they be the type of person that would become a friend to me. A new person arrives, another; hello new person to observe. No..observation denotes that i would learn something. It sounds to be a part of the scientific process...no i feel i am a watcher. Yes, it's true i do learn things from watching but not to the level i think that one would gain from a more scientific or cerebral. If its a quality i still posses, i don't feel i utalise it anymore...not to the degree that i once did. No, i don't still have it, it's just not used anymore, not to the degree that i once was capable of.
