Background ----->
The images start with some outside shots, you can see that i cut away large sections of the 'siding' that was on the house to get at the structure, temporarily put back up until we decided what to do next.

The entire back 1/4 of the house needed to have the floor, sub-floor, and all floor joists replaced and also some of the wall members them selfs had some damage - This meant cutting away the siding and the dry wall and lifting the house off the foundation to replace the sole plate and the joists. after the structure was fixed, temporary plywood was put up and covered in plastic until i could move onto the rest of the project and we decided what to do.
tub and exterior wall

Next - The bathroom and exterior wall - the bathroom tub was a one piece fiberglass unit that was falling apart and leaking due to its age. also the floor joists under it were bad - the main water damage to the house was done just behind the tub where the utility closet is. Seems a long leaking washing machine was the culprit. So...out comes the tub (in pieces) the floor and joists and the exterior wall. Termite damage and in order to get a new tub/shower unit it; you have to go through the wall as it will not fit through a standard 36 inch door and make the corners necessary to finagle it into the house. I upgraded the new floor to tile (^_^) [my first tiling job] and fixed some oddness with the wiring. This was the most massive undertaking yet as it could not be patch up over the week - So this is how i spent a weeks vacation, also my father came down to help with the work and use of his truck/trailer to get the needed supplies (Thanks Dad and Phillis)

Bathroom all finished – lees some trim work and any extra crap mom want to put up which she will do when the house is returned to her. Moving along the back. Not much to see there as it was fairy straight forward, although i should have gotten a few shots of the attic work. That consisted of finishing the wiring changes and upgrading the insulation up there on one half of the house.
Moving along with the wiring was hiring a contractor to move the electrical service to the inside, where it belongs and upgrading it to something that was less the 40 years old.

Continuing on now to the back side of the house. Installing the first window on that side and siding - fairly straightforward other than some oddness around the electrical box as i have to get that piece in first and then work around it; then on along the side. This went pretty well as I kinda have figured out how to better put these slabs up straight -_-
